Hi! I'm Bethany. I grew up in Rolesville and have watched Raleigh and the whole Triangle grow up right along with me. So yes, I have opinions about it.
I went to Campbell University, and these days you'll find me on a pickleball court, doing my nails at home, or working on a needlepoint project with a toasted marshmallow candle going. Fall is the best season and I will not be taking questions on that.
I got my NC real estate license in 2024. I started at eXp Realty, and in January 2026 I joined Anna Powell Real Estate (APRE). I've always worked on a team, so you get me plus a whole crew in your corner.
Organization is my love language. From day one you get a clear timeline and a plan, so you always know what's happening, what's next and what I need from you.
My approach is simple: zero pressure, honest opinions and a lot of protecting you. If I don't love a house for you, I'll tell you, kindly. If you need more time, take it. My clients end up feeling like friends, and that's the whole point.
